The new winter theme on the website is cool, but unfortunately, there was no snow here in Holland... It was the whole winter 10°C.

Its snowing here a little more than before, which is nice. We've been able to go sledding and skiing in the snow. Right now though the snow is melting! We hope for good weather and hopefully more snow. I hope you like the snow in Nederland too!

My teacher asked me to show her some Trompe l'oeil, that's optical illusion, and I remembered that you posted some on your website. And she said: 'When you can find some I haven't seen before, you get a extra bonus on the test.'
So I went to your website, and I showed her some of that paintings. And guess what? She never saw it before! So I've got an extra bonus on the test! Thank you!

Snow is melting now and the ice disappears in the canals. So this is sad news fo the ice skating Frisians.....
However the snow is also melting from upwards the hills in Germany (river Rhine) and France (river Meuse), all leading towards Holland with expected flooding of the banks and wet feet.
